Delivery and Availability.


We do our best to ensure availability of all our products and endeavour to despatch orders within the quoted time. If there is a delay with your order we will inform you of this via email and despatch your order as soon as it is available.

Splosh Wash Limited use a UK based delivery service and hold no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. However we will do our best to get all orders delivered as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a full refund by contacting our Customer Services department.

You will need to sign for your order on delivery.

If you have not received your items within 2 weeks of the date of despatch, your order will be declared “lost in transit” and we will arrange a replacement order to be despatched.
